Most are loyal, they share similar interests, which is not so much the cars themselves, but for the insights gained. Our fondness for complicated industrial products that move and make noise allows us to see the world and find treasures in ways and places we wouldn&#8217;t normally look. And surprises happen.<\/p>\n<p>Many years ago, the famed historian Griff Borgeson wrote of his student years in the Bay area and of a very special set of friends he had at the time.
